I think the loss of both of these players is an absolute shame.  Any idea whereabouts in France John is going?

Definition: The phrase "deja vu" is French for "already seen" and is used to refer to when a person experiences the feeling that they have seen, experienced, or been someplace before even when they are sure that that is not really true. So, for example, a person who arrives at a new city they have never before visited may experience deja vu on a street, experience the intense feeling that they have been on that street at some point in the past.

When you experience similar incidents reoccuring over a period of time, this is not "deja vu".

Bosh...those new players I believe all came from West Park who were relegated from National 3 north last year. Can't really see how that "strenghtens" Loo's position?

Would rather have Alex and Nugent instead.

Briers was in the Lancashire squad and is a talent I believe.

Gibney is ex-Waterloo - is it the same one?

Anderson is talented up and coming half back.

Mcloughlin - which one as there was one at Preston and one at West Park St Helens.

Payne and Deventer - have they confirmed.

Does this mean Duffy to play at out half

Briers - Very Good player

Gibney - Hard working lad - good back up hooker

Anderson - Young lad still learning the game, again good back up

Mcloughlin - Lazy Prop needs to get fit. If it is the one who played at west park

Payne and Deventer - Very good players

It would have been good to keep Alex, he would have been pretty much gauranteed a start each week at Loo.  I do not see him forcing his way into PA starting 15 because he is not strong enough in the tackle.  He may regret going once the season gets under way.

John Nugent left last season only to return when he did not settle in NZ.  He may yet be back.

Cakes appears to have recovered sooner than expected, Back in training in a week or so.

A couple of weeks left to get the pack sorted then full steam ahead against Tyndale on the 6th. Come on you Loo boys.

Been confirmed that Alex Davies has indeed left for Plymouth for a years contract.

Big, big blow as he was outstanding last year and was the focus of virtually all our attacking play (an goal kicking). When he was injured he was badly missed.

Hopefully Loo Man your technical work will be better than your spelling and knowledge of fixtures.
I wish John and Alex good luck and success at their new clubs.
Obviously, the Loo Man has limited experience of team spirit.
