The newly formed club for this coming season ,Ealing 1871 Amateurs have been incredibly lucky to find a level three coach and his appointment should be announced this week.

We have other coaches who are looking for a post. Try contacting Paul Clark ( details on the amateur side of Ealing Trailfinders 1871 ).

Ambition should be made of sterner stuff.

Go for it  Chris hopefully reminds us that rugby is far bigger than just the top national leagues good luck in your search. Could I suggest you contact the London clubs in the Championship and maybe National 1 as they may have players or academy players looking to get their RFU badges

Apologies if this isn't the done thing but I have used the Rugby Paper and rugbyvacancies.com and various other resources without much luck in my attempt to secure a new Head Coach for the coming season. My club is Southwark Rugby Club and we are one of only 3 rugby clubs in inner-London (Zones 1 - 2) who service a population of 3.5million. Our pitch is between Peckham, Bermondsey, Camberwell (only 15mins bus from the City), within view of the Shard and next to what was the largest estate in Europe.

It's by no means a traditional rugby club, we lack the facilities and clubhouse that a rural club might enjoy but we benefit from a hugely diverse and ever changing demographic of players on the frontier of rugby. The club has 3 men's teams, a thriving youth section and huge potential.

If you know of anyone who has recently moved to London who wants to start their coaching badges or keep their hand in and doesn't want to travel out to the suburbs this might be an opportunity worth discussing.

Please DM for more details.

Chris

Apologies again if this is the wrong type of topic.  I'll let everyone get back to discussing the farcical Leeds saga LOL
