So 2019 has started and hope everyone enjoyed the first games of the new year? Not sure the predictions have got any easier though, especially as the 'transfer window' rumours start swirling around. Wink Next Saturday we have the following:

Barnstaple v Brixham
Ivybridge v Exeter University
Maidenhead v Drybrook
Newton Abbot v Cleve
Old Patesians v Camborne
Weston-super-Mare v Exmouth
Bournemouth v Bracknell

A couple of cracking Devon derbies with 2nd v 5th and 3rd v 8th. The Nabbot v Cleve game will be interesting, as will the Old Pats match. Should be a fairly tough week for your calculated guesses..

Cheers

CM Sleepy

Well after much cogitation.

Barnstaple v Brixham HW Barnstaple good at home
Ivybridge v Exeter University HW has Ivys push finished for the season, Uni should have all their players back but have a poor away record.
Maidenhead v Drybrook HW Despite Drybrooks' recent resurgence can't see Maids giving it up at home
Newton Abbot v Cleve HW Nabs getting near last chance saloon and need to win to avoid being cast adrift
Old Patesians v Camborne HW Just think OP's will scrape in at home
Weston-super-Mare v Exmouth HW WSM just better at home , Exmouth not so good on the road
Bournemouth v Bracknell HW League leaders to win at home.

Looks like all homes. Oooh don't think we've had one of those this season. LOL

I think you enjoy the game more if you don't know the rules. Anyway, you're on the same wavelength as the referees. Jonathan Davies,

Seaside Mafia, I noticed your TH, Streeter has been missing for a few games now, is he injured? He’s a very powerful scrummager and a big loss to you guys, I’m sure.

Here goes then...

Barnstaple v Brixham - Think the Fisherman will run this close but Barum to prevail
Ivybridge v Exeter University - Still think the Students have found their level
Maidenhead v Drybrook - Yet another home win..
Newton Abbot v Cleve - Will be tight but Cleve to win
Old Patesians v Camborne - being played at the stadium so Camborne to take this.
Weston-super-Mare v Exmouth - Was tempted to go for the 'D' but opted for HW
Bournemouth v Bracknell - Think Bournemouth will have this sewn up by Easter..

But what the heck do I know??
