Looking like we might get lucky, and no rain until post-match. Looking forward to a good game.

Well done Barnstaple on your win this afternoon, a really tough, but very exciting game played by 2 good teams.

Yes, a tough game with both defences playing very well Maidsboy. Thought Barum were in for a hammering due to Maids scrum dominance early on - hard to believe we went in HT 10-7 up?. When Barum got on top in the second half and went something like 27-10 up it looked all over but Maids came back very strongly and I thought they were going to nick a draw at the death but the Barum defence held firm and forced the knock-on.

Elsewhere a couple of surprises but for me the result of the day must go to Brixham, looks like they are back with a bang and could be a match for anyone.

As alluded to by my learned friend Barum man "Sure to be a surprise or two" and he was right LOL with Brixham winning at home along with Exmouth and Uni both winning on the road put the kybosh on the predictions. This weeks Star performers were, Surrey Ben, Seaside mafia, Front Jumper, Right flanker, Braders 1875 & BrixPhi all scoring 4 Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap. Bring up the rear were LockNloader, Newbury Blue & Maidsboy. That has brought SurreyBen into equal 1st. The league looks so

See Exmouth only beat Camborne because of poor decisions by the Ref.
Source the ever fair and even handed Camborne web site.

You could say that! I suspect the accurate account lies somewhere between the two, but closer to Exmouth’s more detailed account. Unless Camborne are just bedevilled by terrible luck.
