Tigers message board reckons it is him. He is just recovered from injury and needs game time apparently.

LS make two signings ahead of the Exiles Derby match on Saturday, with utility back Dante Marma joining from LW & scrum half Robbie Shaw from Esher.

Dante should be able to give LS a good insight ahead of the match.

Three new guys in at Coventry

Rob Knox -  Centre - from local team - Barkers Butts.
Ed Milne - Flanker - Dual reg Leicester Academy
Matt Hubbart - Flanker / Lock - Dual Reg Leicester Academy.

Rob starts at 13, and Ed at 6 versus Cinderford this weekend.
Matt at 18 on the bench.

Clearly a reaction to the injuries at Coventry recently which have seen long-term injuries to several back row and lock players.

On the outgoing side, scrum half Lewis Barker has left Coventry, and is playing at Northampton Casuals in order to get regular rugby.

Robbie makes Alex Codling look committed - Wasps, London Welsh, Connacht, Bristol, Leeds, Scarlets (trial), Richmond, Esher & now London Scottish.

coventry have had no 2nd team for some years now, apart from a nighthawks side ,which has found it increasingly difficult to find fixtures for. They have  arrangements with  local sides such as Broad Street and Nuneaton for their squad members ot get regular game time or get back to match fitness.
This later part of the season has seen some serious injuries kick in thus the need for some short term cover,Although in the case of Rob Knox and some other players they have already been training with Cov for some time but not signed by them.

Max Crumpton has left Albion under the arrangement with Sarries and has now been loaned to Quins.

Best of luck to him.  He is on the bench tomorrow for Quins match v Bath at the Rec.

Robbie is on the team sheet for Esher today. I'm not sure what the press release/altered press release was all about.
I hope he's staying with us, at Esher, but he doesn't like to let the grass grow under his feet…………...

Complete horlick's if you ask me. Why on earth put an article on the LS website and send out an e-mail informing supporters of the signing, if this is now not the case. An explanation would not go amiss by the club to it's supporters.
