Saturday 19th September
14.30     Donny 2-5 Jersey - Could easily go either way but hope to see a cracking game

14.30     Lon Scot 5-2 Blues - could also very easily go either way

15.00     Moseley 1-4 Lon Welsh - A tough place to go but Welsh are still a team to beat this season.

Sunday 20th September
15.00     Bristol 5-0 Nottingham - Bristol will need a big win before they go down at Jersey the following week

15:00 Pirates 4-1 Titans - a close match with neither side yet hitting top form

15.00     Yorkies 5-1 Ealing - Yorkies forwards to have too much for Ealing but a four try bonus point for Trailfinders.

Dont kick it. Pick it up and GO FORWARD.

With thanks to HITR for the format....

Saturday 19th.
Doncaster 4-1 Jersey - Donny have started well, but Jersey will want to get some more points in the bank
London Scottish 5-2 Bedford - Bedford this week to be Mose last week, if that makes sense...
Moseley 2-5 London Welsh - odd score, but just a feeling I've got (to be honest, a small part of me wants to go 4-1, and another says 0-5). This is the only one I'll equivocate on!

Sunday 20th.
Bristol 5-0 Nottingham. as per HITR for the same reason
Cornish Pirates 4-1 Rotherham. ditto, although I think it will be a little more clearly in Pirates favour
Y Carnegie 5-0 Ealing. I just can't see Ealing getting anything if YC fight like they have

I think I am in fairly close agreement with billesleyexile's assessment. The LS - Bedford game has all the makings of a 5 - 2 either way. Hopefully LS are not asleep at the start or we will be punished. Moseley to squeeze LW in a 4 - 1 win.

A lot will depend on how Pirates cope without their talisman skipper Chris Morgan - out for at least six weeks with a dislocated shoulder. Jake Parker (another back rower) also picked up a serious injury (broken foot) and will be out for several weeks.

Saturday 19th.
Doncaster          1-4 Jersey. Really impressed by Donny and like their style of play, but think that it will play into the hands of Jersey....plus they are my home team, so got to go for a tight away win.
London Scottish     5-2 Bedford. This could be the biggest aggregate score of the season. Both free playing sides and you would have to think that home advantage will take the win. It may be one for the defensive coaches to miss.
Moseley          1-5 London Welsh. LW will need to work on their discipline, but should win this one. Moseley will not be able to keep them out, so the best form of defence could be attack.

Sunday 20th.
Bristol          5-0 Nottingham. Nottingham unpredictable at the moment, but Bristol seem to be edging towards their best after the opening day shock against Bedford.
Cornish Pirates     1-4 Rotherham. Titans to win this one up front and take the spoils, but won't run away with it.
Yorkies 5-0 Ealing. Trailfinders will be a much better prospect this season then they were 2 years ago and may well finish mid table, but YC are a very classy outfit this year and will win this one by a couple of scores.

7 changes and 1 positional from the team starting the last match isn't too drastic.

2 are last years 1st choice wingers (1 played & scored v Bristol).
Dorrian swaps from the bench with Sharp.
Ocampo and Buggea both started v Bristol.
O'Conor and Tupai have been on the bench on the last 2 matches with Tupai offering more physicality... ask the Moseley centre who came off injured!

Staff is back on the bench having played v Bristol.

Just let Bedford do the talking on the pitch The Blues - there are wild suggestions all the time. I mean, someone has the cheek to suggest that Jersey may win this weekend Wink
