Poor season last term when were favorites I can't see the same mistake being made twice

Please tell?  As there have been a lot of announcements already so wasn't really expecting more - and as we've proved a lot of changes doesn't necessarily create a positive

Another mad season coming up with everyone beating everyone else. One day I'll get to Mose and see your famous portakabins!

And the new stand.

Oh! kingsheathlad. Re Birmingham Moseley REFC, do you mean the 700 seater stand overlooking half way line - catering facilities/real ale bar for over 450 - exhibition areas, fitness gym -  undercroft spaces - four changing rooms - offices - free entry for season ticket holders - "new stand" in your comments?!

Absolutely not - I just wouldn't dream of speaking for anyone else Wink. In re coming to Mose, I look forward to it - fondly remember my chat with you away at Cambridge during my stag... mind I was 3 sheets to the wind by that point.

The famous portakabins behind the posts need to be seen in a threefold way:

1) a statement of intent when we didn't have anything else
2) they are a marker for planning permission should we ever want to do "not portakabins"
3) they still make money - the days of selling them all are gone since the opening of the new stand, but typically 3-4 per match at £450 a throw is all good cash...
keep the faith

Sweating the assets whilst serving other purposes.

Sometimes we get hung up on the ground not the rugby. Let's see how Amps get on in the Championship. Definitely a rugby club with supporters, not fans!

I await the full list of Cambridge signings with interest. Having lost the Ayrtons to Stortford we seem to have gone fishing and landed a couple of decent replacements. Just not sure who - yet!

As to Richmond, let the rugby do the talking rather than mess about in the Championship

I was also at the Richmond meeting. Apart from the news that there are a lot of potential new players, as usual short of details.
I really have no idea how things will pan out. The big advantage Mond will have is a large number of players with Championship experience. However what's on paper and what actually happens are different matters.
Anything can happen on a freezing day oop north and the only certainty is a feast of competitiveness.
Roll on the rugby season.

I should have made you put your money down - though that would have been unfair.
He is moving to Cambridge.
