Yes - £32 a head admission I hear!!!

Still, it'll be a good crowd, and we'll get our share.

£32?? Outrageous! Especially what with them being £15 on the Irish website.

At the time I posted it, well before Christmas, the price for the cup quarter-final was not on the London Irish website, and the person who quoted it to me had taken the league price, which was showing as £32.

In the interest of balance I can report that I paid £15 as over 65 entry last Sunday and I thought that was good value. The pie in the hotel bar at £4 was excellent but I thought £2.40 for Bovril was expensive (I think its £1 at St Peter and a bit more than that at Donny). Great hospitable supporters who gave a brilliant welcome to visitors and supported their team throughout. It will be a pity to lose them from the championship if they secure promotion.
Dont kick it. Pick it up and GO FORWARD.

Someone needs to tell Irish they are no longer in the premiership - £32 would be high even for that

No7.
The postings about London Irish’s prices were made in December when the Exiles had not declared their prices, and were based on what was posted on the London Irish website. .!pawpaw-stirring about what was said then in good faith is rude and obnoxious. Cut it out.

I really do not care how much it is to get into a rugby game . I posted the chart from our website believing it may be of interest to other readers.

As usual you have it completely wrong I have no agenda and do not see how this is construed as pawpaw stirring as you put it.

I have been to the Madejski several times and have never minded how much it costs to get in. Personally and in my opinion it is obvious as to why it is higher / expensive than other Championship grounds.

I must say who appointed you as the guardian of interpretation for Rolling Maul post ?.LOL

The London Irish pricing schedule is a little confusing having different rates for various games. I think charging for kids ( 3 quid ) is sad.Parking at a tenner is steep in my opinion.

Adam Leal? Maybe I'm having a moment, but I can't recall him taking a game on his own very often in the past? Didn't he get involved in a barmy with Steve Diamond a few years ago?

This may be the incident you recall. He has managed two Jersey games this season:

Ealing Trailfinders team to play Nottingham in the Championship Cup Quarter Final at Trailfinders Sports Club: I'm baffled by this line up. No Lydon or Willis in the starting line up will give us only May as a kicking option. Rayn Smid playing at 4 makes me worry about how many injuries we must have to be playing him so out of position. We also appear to have 3 hookers in the match day squad, but have left out Carl Kirwan because apparently his 2 minutes of game time last week was sufficient. I would understand this line up if we were resting more people for the big game at the Mennaye coming up, but this is just a bizarre hodgepodge of players. Our selection needs to settle on a proper first 15 to get the team to gel.

15 Will Harries 14 Seb Stegmann 13 Lewis Jones 12 Harry Sloan 11 James Cordy Redden 10 Laurence May 9 Jordan Burns 1 Alex Lundberg 2 Matt Cornish 3 Mark Tampin 4 Rayn Smid © 5 Harry Casson 6 Rohan O’Regan 7 Jordy Reid 8 Kieran Murphy

Replacements:

16 Alun Walker 17 Jordan Els 18 Elliot Millar Mills 19 George Edgson 20 Segundo Tuculet 21 Ryan Foley 22 Craig Willis

In relation to the non-inclusion of Lydon I think you'll find that he is ineligible for the knockout stages because he was not named in any of the match day squads during the group stage. Whereas Mark Tampin was injured for the entire group stage so he is eligible now for the knockout stages.

1ST XV LINE UP CORNISH PIRATES QF 2ND FEB

Predictions:

Ealing Trailfinders v Nottingham - Strange Trailfinders team selection but at home I think they will win narrowly by 4-6 points

London Irish v Coventry Irish selection indicates their priorities are elsewhere so I predict a narrow away win for Cov by 3-5 points

Yorkshire Carnegie v Bedford Blues - The most difficult to call and I think this will be a great game with Blues taking it by a couple of points.

Jersey  v Cornish Pirates - I winced when I saw the Jersey team as its exactly the one I would have picked which is usually a bad sign given my record. However at home I back the team I follow to win a close game by 4-6 points.

The Ealing match day 22 actually looks close to full strength based on availability. Clearly there are major injury issues in the second row, tbh Smid could do with a rest. Guessing Kirwan is ineligible too.
