I've started collating all the teams that have already clinched promotion or been doomed to relegation at Levels 2 to 6 - please let me know if I have made any mistakes!  Note that all teams have been relegated to the appropriate league for their CB, though this could be changed afterwards by Level Transfer.

(Billingham are within a gnat's Kiwifruit hair of winning North 1 East, but mathematically they're not there yet).

Rugby Lions are promoted from Nat 3 Mids. Nailed on.
I have more responsibility than you can possibly fathom.

Agree they will get promotion but as yet it isn't a mathematical certainty.

Very useful chart - well done. When Billingham are finally certain of promotion I'll have to change my username Smile

One more win sends Bournemouth up from Nat3SW and it's the same situation for Brixham in SW1. Westcombe Park are already relegated from Nat2S.

Am I missing something?  Park are 8 points behind 13th placed Lydney, with four games to play.

Yesterday's games saw some more promotions and relegations:

Birmingham & Solihull down from National 1
Stourbridge down from National 1
Kendal down from National 2 North
Rugby Lions up from National 3 Midlands
Canterbury up from National 3 London & SE
Altrincham Kersal down from National 3 North
Bracknell down from National 3 London & SE
Billingham up from North 1 East
Derby up from Midlands 1 East

(A couple of teams are practically there but for mathematics - Sutton Coldfield would have to blow a 200+ points difference lead and Morley overturn even more - but it's not official yet!)

Can't remember who published it, but at the start of the season a thread showed the locations of all the National 3 Midlands clubs. The promotion of Derby and Sutton Coldfield fills a void between Longton to the West and Mansfield and the Leicester clubs to the East.

At all levels people have talked about various possible 'level transfers'. It should be remembered that if Ampthill get 2nd place in the London league and win the play-off, they should strickly return to their constituent body region, which would be Midlands and thus N2N. Clearly they would be geographically best placed to switch to N2S, but presumably they can insist on staying in N2N because they have been subject to a level transfer this season (and last). We'll have to wait and see on that.

Correct.

Not exactly... I believe! Ermm

Following a period away a Club returning to a League consistent with its Constituent Body or Divisional affiliation other than on promotion or relegation and at the conclusion of the procedure described in paragraphs 1-4 above is entitled to remain in that League for two seasons provided it is not promoted or relegated at the end of the first season unless it volunteers for a Level Transfer.

But you didn't predict, you used the past tense 'promoted'.

No angst intended.

That was Charlie P himself and hugely useful it was to many travellers.

Not sure how I missed it, but Bracknell are down from National 3 London & SE.

Yet another team to either struggle or thrive in a "foreign" league! LOL

They may well do.  All I've tried to show in the diagram is the initial moves as per the regulations - team go into the appropriate league for their CB, and then Level Transfer happens if needed.
