Annie’s v Manchester should be a cracker. Actually think it will be a home win for the Saints

Sten

You missed nothing at all, just focus on the big game tomorrow. Sadly (happily) I can remember this fixture as a seriously good top Northern game.

It will be again tomorrow.

All the best

Haha fair enough ST!

Yet more changes for Loo this weekend, I don't think we've fielded the same team 2 games running all season....how do other's fair with this? Just curious really.

I’m sorry Sten but I can see Loo going down with Anselms and Della. They need to win tomorrow but can’t see it, Broughton Park have been in great form, Loo can’t get a settled team.

With the bottom 2 already sorted, what chance that the 3rd relegation spot isn't decided until the last Saturday if the League season when the teams in 9th to 12th play as follows:
Burnage v Broughton Park and Manchester v Firwood Waterloo?

Great result BP today BP 22 Waterloo 8.

I’m being told BP were in very good form today and deserved the win. Unlucky Loo, but an important gap now between the two clubs.

Very well deserved ST, 9&10 ran the show, 12&13 hit line after line, bowling bowl hooker & 7 were immense. Loo just too short handed. Square pegs in round holes leaving other round holes for square pegs. Something needs addressing & quickly. But well played BP.

RITB

Only if you really want it to be that way. There are 7 points between Warrington 47 and Waterloo 40. In between you have Penrith, BP, Manchester, and Burnage. Not sure on all of Waterloo’s games and their run in, but there could be lots of twists and turns still to come before the end of the season. Not so grim yet. Dark but not over by a long shot.

Good win for BP today but they have to be full on in two weeks against De La and then do the same as today in 3 weeks time against a good Penrith outfit.

Good day today though as it’s been a very long time coming and never in a league fixture.

All the best

With Carlisle well clear up top Blackburn's surprising loss at Burnage has closed everything back up for the play off position and at the moment it looks set to be an away tie for whoever makes it.

Burnage's excellent performance merely emphasising the lack of consistency throughout this league.Whoever makes the runners up slot will have to go some to win the play off and then recruit.

Definitely  a set back for Loo but BP are the form team in the bottom half.

Big night at Racing Club Mike GC?

Sadly, looking ahead at the remaining fixtures, Loo's "8 pointers" are all away from home and I can't see them picking up any more points from their remaining home games.

Just a quick question. Have Waterloo ever been down to level 7 in the past?

What I've seen for the last few weeks is a team that looks like it's had its spirit extracted. Plenty of good individuals but the teamwork is almost completely gone.

Constant rotation whether enforced or otherwise, players out of position, runners heading off on their own, passes to players who aren't there - I could go on but to me the problem lies with a total lack of cohesion.

Call a meeting, see who can commit to every remaining fixture and pick the best xv from that squad. The rest who have other plans for one or more fixtures can be subs / cover etc. We need a settled team and we need it by a week on Saturday.
