If there has been any signings and you know who they are why don't you post it on this forum .

Seems a bit strong KT - the season finished less than 4 weeks ago and still 3+ months until the next competitive fixture. I imagine there's plenty of hard work going on behind the scenes, and building a squad is especially challenging when you've gone up or down a level; supporters might just need to be patient and enjoy a short break from rugby (apart from Prem/Pro 14 final, summer tours, Super Rugby, Junior World Cup etc)...

I agree Islander,
Have some patience and allow Rotherham time to announce their signings.

Sid James/Islander
In a few weeks time Roth will be wanting me to pay up for my season ticket will be wanting fans to buy next seasons new kit but aren't willing to pass on any information about next season.
On other threads on this forum people are posting who their teams are playing in pre season
so I don'think I'm being impatient just like to know what's going on.

Naaaa ...watched him jets v a very strong Northampton side littered with internationals and first teamers...and was brilliant... he’s the sort of player to get Sale to the championship.

Have heard the purse strings being opened for several big players & What a signing Seymour is, shows how serious FC are. Looking forward to see how things shape up there. Good luck in Nat1.

Sadly as a LS supporter all we know about is players leaving to go on to greater things with clubs in higher leagues or England 7s for example.

Regarding new players, we rely on: -

1) Kids being smart enough to have the qualifications to get into Loughborough University
2) Following on from that, the Elite squad selection process
3) Who Tigers deem fit to allow to be DRs

Point 3) said tongue firmly in cheek lest I wind up other posters.

End of season and start of the following season always worrying.

PS At least we don’t need to worry counting how many pieces of eight or shekels we have to pay the players wages

Point one has definitely changed! When I was offered a place there, it was the sport I played not the quality of my A levels they were after (fortunately)  :-)

Think you're onto something Jimbo.
Many many moons ago, a certain boy at our school stayed on for a second fifth-year to re-take his CSEs and GCEs (and ended up in the same Form as me).
Those of a certain age may recall David Moorcroft who eventually went on to Loughborough Uni and subsequently became a long-standing World Champion middle-distance runner.
It woz sport wot did it.

It was always said that Loughborough took sportsmen and turned them into educators whilst Carnegie took educators and made them into sportsmen 😇
If Rugby is the game they play in Heaven ..... Why does it hurt like Hell when you retire?

Sadly due to an injury I went to Swansea in the end and was turned into neither....
