Brentwood 1 v 4 Wimbledon. Haven't been yet, but it sounds like the slope is a real leveller, however i still fancy the Dons to nick it.
Guildford 1 v 4 Sutton & Epsom. Sutton were written off away to Dorking and at home to Westcliff and won both and i missed both matches !! Fancy them to upset the form book again.
Hertford 5 v 0 Chingford. Hertford to enjoy a comfortable win.
Shelford 2 v 5 Bedford Athletic. Both play on plastic so no advantage there, and Bedford appear to be adapting to the league lately so gone for a high scoring away win.
Sidcup 4 v1 Dorking. Expect this to be close and low scoring, but home advantage to tip it in favour of Cup.
Tunbridge Wells 5 v 0 CS Stags 1863. Only one winner here, rumours that the Stags have sacked their coach already ?
Westcliff 5 v 1 Tring. Don't expect Westcliff to lose two on the bounce, but Tring to run them close.

Brentwood -v- Wimbledon 0-5 Dons will press on for another week!
Guildford -v- Sutton & Epsom 4-1 Tough call but going for home side.
Hertford -v- Chingford 5-0 Chingford misery to continue.
Shelford -v- Bedford Athletic 1-4 Bedford to edge this one.
Sidcup -v- Dorking 5-0 Sidcup have the strength in depth to press on.
Tunbridge Wells -v- CS Stags 1863 4-1 RTW seem to be up and down like a yoyo, but home advantage should prevail I hope!
Westcliff -v- Tring 1-4 Having seen both teams this season I am backing Tring.

Brentwood 0-5 Wimbledon  Dons too strong I feel, even the slope can't even this game up.
Guildford 5-1 S&E  No upsets here, G's to edge it in a fiercely fought encounter.
Hertford 5-0 Chingford Hertford finding their rhythm, Chingford finding the step up hard?
Shelford 5-2 Bedford Athletic  No idea, but surely Shelford are going to pick up a win soon.  Although both play on plastic, so that adv is taken away! Could be a high scoring one.
Sidcup 5-1 Dorking Don't rate D's.  Don't rate cup either but rate them a little more than D's.
Tunbridge Wells 4-1 CS  Flipped a coin, although I might flip it again just to get CS?!
Westcliff 4-1 Tring Close, feisty, one for the neutral

Brentwood 0 v 5 Wimbledon - Brentwood to be fully Wimbledone
Guildford 4 v 0 Sutton & Epsom - Guildford look like they are getting into their stride
Hertford 5 v 0 Chingford  - Hertford good at home, and Ching not all that.
Shelford 0 v 5 Bedford Athletic - Bedford look like they are getting better, and Shelford struggling
Sidcup 4 v 0 Dorking - ferocious encounter in store.  Home advantage for Sidcup.
Tunbridge Wells 4 v 1 CS Stags 1863 - Wells should be good enough at home to see CS off.
Westcliff 4 v 1 Tring  - close.  Going with the home side.

Brentwood -v- Wimbledon   0-5  No reason to think Brentwood will get any closer to this member of the top 3 than they did the others
Guildford -v- Sutton & Epsom   5-2   Both have claimed some impressive scalps so far, but perhaps Guidford have  a bit more about them.
Hertford -v- Chingford    5-0     Shock if it isn't Fortress Pain for Chingford.
Shelford -v- Bedford Athletic     1-5   BA have at least won a couple. Sad to say Shelford already doomed.
Sidcup -v- Dorking   4-1   think a close one...mid-table safety for both this year.
Tunbridge Wells -v- CS Stags 1863    5-0   CS don't cope with big blokes running straight at them.....assume TW have plenty of them.
Westcliff -v- Tring  5-2    Tough one to call, but Westcliff better than Tring at the moment.

Tunbridge Wells -v- CS Stags 5-0 1863- RTW for a comfy win
Westcliff -v- Tring 4-1 tight affair

Brentwood 0-5 Wimbledon - one way traffic in Essex
Guildford 5-1 Sutton & Epsom - a tight game with the home team taking the spoils
Hertford 5-0 Chingford - not a good day for my Uncles old team Chingford
Shelford 1-5 Bedford Athletic - In this dire game Athletic will go home happy
Sidcup 5-1 Dorking - Sidcups running backs will be the difference in this challenge
Tunbridge Wells 4-1 CS Stags 1863 - one of the two closest games of the week, but the Kent Boys will use home advantage
Westcliff 5-1 Tring - another close game at the top end this time, TOWIE to win!
Rucks and mauls may bust my balls, but whips and chains excite me!!

Brentwood -v- Wimbledon 0-5 Dons pack too much to handle for my local team
Guildford -v- Sutton & Epsom 4-1 Heart says S&E but head says Gs ok at home
Hertford -v- Chingford 5-0 Home team go through the gears
Shelford -v- Bedford Athletic 1-4 Bedford seem to have some game
Sidcup -v- Dorking 4-1 Looks like two evenly matched sides so going home advantage
Tunbridge Wells -v- CS Stags 1863 4-1 Tight to  call but home advantage wins out
Westcliff -v- Tring 4-0 Cliff to win smoothly but no BP
What was wrong with calling it London 1?

Brentwood 0-5 WIMBLEDON- N2 experience and style of Dons to get the 5 pts, but Wood stubborn.
GUILDFORD 5-1 Sutton & Epsom- Think lovely silky stylish flowing G's will take this Surrey derbyCry
HERTFORD 5-1 Chingford- Ching have showed resolve but Herts are improving rapidly.
Shelford 1-4 BEDFORD ATHLETIC- Too soon to write off Shelford who will win several at season end.
Sidcup 2-5 DORKING-Battle of the packs. Cup have beef but D's scrummaging so well recently. D's backs and defence the difference.
TUNBRIDGE WELLS 5-1 CS Stags 1863- Twells need this with home advantage. Difficult call.
WESTCLIFF 5-1 Tring- Cliff's season continues to improve. They have the nous to grind this one out and with home advantage sustain their challenge.

After last weeks deplorable predictions (except Bedford Ath) I will be happy with 4 correct forecasts. As we are all getting surprised on a regular basis, I expect the theme to continue. Never been a harder season to forecast correctly. Good luck to all and hope for injury free weekend.

I hope everyone enjoyed there weekends off. Watched a good Kent Cup Game on friday night at Canterbury where we came out 25-0 winners. Good opportunity to see a mix of experienced 1xv regulars and a lot of new blood from the 2s. Fingers crossed the good vibes continue into this weekend. Can recommend the Whitstable Bay Black Oyster Stout on offer down at the Marine Travel Ground - bitter notes and long after taste, perfect for long chilly rugby days/nights. 7/10.

Brentwood 1 v 5 Wimbledon - A wombles win, but Brentwood to make them really work for it
Guildford 5 v 1 Sutton & Epsom - Battle of the backlines, derby day and raucous support - going with he home advantage
Hertford 5 v 0 Chingford - Hertford to bully Chingford up front
Shelford 1 v 5 Bedford Athletic - Bedford backline impressive on plastic, high scoring game, a loss here would make Shelfords bid for survival seem insurmountable to me, even at this early stage
Sidcup 5 v 0 Dorking - As above, hopefully we can keep our momentum going, Dorking never easy, although we played some our best rugby against them last season getting the double
Tunbridge Wells 4 v 1 CS Stags 1863 T Wells at home, although their form is far from convincing so far
Westcliff 4 v 1 Tring Physical battle ahead, Westcliff to edge it at home and show how far they've come

Best,
DD
