Happy New Year to everyone

Bedford Athletic -v- Wimbledon 0-4 Comfortable win but no BP
Chingford -v- Sutton & Epsom 0-4 Two teams on unbeaten runs but Sutts to cope on a boggy pitch
CS Stags 1863 -v- Tring 4-1 Close game edged by CS who need to climb out of relegation mire
Dorking -v- Brentwood 4-0 Home advantage counts despite Brentwood being fired up
Hertford -v- Westcliff 4-1 Close game but Hertford have won 4 in a row at home and only lost 1.
Sidcup -v- Guildford 4-0 Mid-Table clash goes to home team
Tunbridge Wells -v- Shelford 5-0 How will Shelford find motivation to keep going
What was wrong with calling it London 1?

BEDFORD ATHLETIC 4-1 Wimbledon-Expect Ath to surprise and take Dons who are not the same team this season despite their position.
CHINGFORD 4-1 Sutton & Epsom- A similar situation with Ching determined to extricate themselves.
CS STAGS 4-1 Tring- Home advantage against an indifferent Tring who IMO are also not as strong this season.
DORKING 5-0 Brentwood-The pitch at the Big Field will be a treat to see at this stage of the season and afford D's the platform they want to demonstrate a wide and flowing game.
HERTFORD 5-1 Westcliff- This I expect will be close, but confident Herts at home have the nous and momentum behind them.
SIDCUP 5-0 Guildford- Cup to take all the points in style and repay their support in 2019.
TUNBRIDGE WELLS 5-2 Shelford- I hear and read that Shelford are on a recovery mission, but will it be all too late. Points difference is beyond them?? but expect a closer scoreline.

My predictions this week are v optimistic and bullish, but I have a feeling that the bottom 4 teams will redeem themselves and show fight and determination to upset the formbook. Good luck to all as we start the New Year off.

Bedford Athletic -v- Wimbledon   0-5  Wombles should be fine unless hibernating.
Chingford -v- Sutton & Epsom     0-4   Sutts going  rather better than a well oiled penny farthing.
CS Stags 1863 -v- Tring              1-4   Tring boys seem to know what they are doing most of the time and really don't like the revenue men  much.
Dorking -v- Brentwood                5-0   It may have been the season of goodwill but there will be no spare change for Brentwood  from Dorking's fat purse !
Hertford -v- Westcliff                    1-4   Westcliff's admirable home pedigree to win through if only just.
Sidcup  -v- Guildford                    4-0   Expect lots of  entertainment at this late Christmas panto with Sidcup an unlikely Cinderella.
Tunbridge Wells -v- Shelford         5-0   Shelford to be  in the Christmas turkey role again and  royally so.

If this internet rivalry is really as fierce as it is on here (for what reason there is such a rivalry, I have no idea) and a certain 1st team coach is there then I predict there may be someone spitting feathers.

Happy new year folkes. The only dead cert in this league is the continued uncertainty of results! Still, I’m hoping to see some good results tomorrow with the predicted dry, still, albeit nippy weather!

Bedford Athletic 1 -v- 5 Wimbledon - not a straight forward victory for Dons as other teams have shown that if you get into them, they are beatable. BA seem to be strong at home.

Chingford 1 -v- 4 Sutton & Epsom - utterly bemused that these two are on unbeaten runs. I must be unlucky as when I’ve seen them, they have both been poor! However something must be going right! I’m going for a Sutton close win.

CS Stags 1863 2 -v- 5 Tring- CS to make a game of it. Can score tries and keep themselves in any game. But going with the traditionally stronger team.

Dorking 4 -v-1 Brentwood - a battle of similar styles albeit D’s do it bettter. Close HW.

Hertford 5 -v- 1 Westcliff - game of the day. Herts hitting their straps now and Westcliffe having a few wobbles in an otherwise great season for them.

Sidcup 4-v-1 Guildford - the grudge match to end all rivalries apparently....CUUUUPPPP pack vs G’s backs. The big blokes up front to win it.

Tunbridge Wells 5 -v- 0 Shelford - should be a no brainier. Should....Rumors of reinforcements for Shel but surely too late? I think they will pick up a win, but surely it’ll be at home where they are much better. Wells despite not being consistent played very well against Dorking at home and pushed Dons all the way before Xmas.

Bedford 0 - 5 Wimbledon Dons to concentrate for 80 mins otherwise shock on the cards
Chingford 4 - 1 Sutton & Epsom Similar styles and attitude neither particularly attractive but Ching need the win more
CS Stags 1863 1 - 5 Tring Might be proved wrong on this depends which Tring turn up
Dorking 5 - 0 Brentwood This again could be closer than most posters predict
Hertford 5 - 1 Westcliff  Hertford coming into better form at the right time
Sidcup 5 - 0 Guildford I think Cup forwards will be to good for what seems a declining Guildford side
Tunbridge Wells 5 -0 Shelford Shelford will need quite some imports to turn over TW's whom I think will have a better second half of the season

Happy New Year to all, hope you all have enjoyed thevbreak from the lottery of predicting this league... and dont think its going to be any different in the second half of the season.
BA 5 V Wombles 2, big journey, plastic pitch and the wombles cant take it home with them.
Chingford 1 v SandE 4, just think SandE coaching team are making the difference
Brexiteers 0 v Tring 5, Tring to pile the pressure on CS.
Dorking 5 v Brentwood 0, no slope, wide pitch, Dorking to exploit the space
Hertford 5 v Westcliff 2, Hertford at home not an easy place to get a result
Sidcup 5 v Guildford 0, unless the break as eased Guildfords injuries
TW/RTW/Tunbridge 5 v Shelford 0, despite the rumours Shelford loan players will not help

So chaos in the league below with WP needing a complete make over from top to tail. Bedford proving again that they are not a bottom three side. Who backed CS Stags to beat Tring and Guildfordblue has gone into hiding! No spitting today, as the Cup clipped their wings big time. #DM!
