I went to the Hertford v Chingford game on Saturday, a really terrible game, way to many penalties. I also never want to here the phrase 'Man on' on a Rugby field again.
On a serious note, I also hate hearing the 'F' word on a Rugby pitch, you here it in the warm up and during the match, it is getting worse. At Hertford our Mini's are ball boys/girls on match days as well as youngsters in the crowd, they shouldn't be subjected to that sought of language. I Referee a lot of Youth matches, I make it quite clear to the players that if I here swearing I will assume they are swearing at me and I will deal with it accordingly, I never hear any swearing. Rant over.

Many congratulations to DummyH, top scoring this week with 20 points. A reminder though to please make sure you do all 7 predictions, Slippedthroughthenet managed to get 19 points without predicting the Westcliff v Tring result.

Please make your Week 11 predictions below.

Bedford Athletic 5 v 2 Westcliff. Possible shock of the day ? Bedford finding some form and at home on the plastic to win a high scoring affair.
Chingford 4 v 1 Tunbridge Wells. Chingford to grind out a turgid result.
CS Stags 1863 5 v 0 Shelford. Stags to win comfortably and condemn Shelford.
Dorking 4 v1 Hertford. Another close and feisty encounter, spoils to go to the home team.
Sutton & Epsom 5 v 0 Brentwood. Sutton impossible to predict, awful at home to Chingford and RTW but pulling off excellent wins away to Dorking and Guildford and toppling Westcliff at home, unfortunately another match i can't make and they always win when i'm not there !
Tring 5 v1 Guildford. Tring to win comfortably, but Guildford are the bonus point experts.
Wimbledon 5 v0 Sidcup. Cups impressive pack to be tested severely by the best scrum in the league, only one winner.

Bedford Athletic -v- Westcliff   5 - 2 Westcliff to win it, but Bedford to make it close.
Chingford -v- Tunbridge Wells   1 - 4 Neither side showing that they are up to much this year.
CS Stags 1863 -v- Shelford   5 - 0  Poor old Shelford, whats the earliest someone has been condemned to relegation before?
Dorking -v- Hertford  4 - 1 Good game.
Sutton & Epsom -v- Brentwood 4 - 0 Before last week I would have said Brentwood. Suts clearly know how to grind it out.
Tring -v- Guildford 1 - 4 Fancy us, hopefully some injured are returning.
Wimbledon -v- Sidcup 5 - 0 Easy win for Dons, if my source tells me correctly then they are resting a number of players for this one in anticipation of a easy W.

I also saw the Hertford Chingford game on Saturday and agree fully with Fattys rant on swearing by the players, coaches and supporters. As regards the game I think scrappy is a better description than terrible, as far as penalties were concerned I think it is the first game that I have seen for some time  that the opposition has conceded more penalties than Hertford, one for yet another collapsed scrum resulting in a penalty try. Though somehow Hertford still managed to gain more yellow cards  two to one.

Bedford Athletic 0v5 Westcliff. Westcliff to keep the winning run going
Chingford 0v5 Tunbridge Wells. Wells to good for Chingford
CS Stags 1863 4v1 Shelford. Stags to edge this in a close encounter
Dorking 4v1Hertford. impressed with D's and can see this being another close call. D's the winners
Sutton & Epsom 5v0 Brentwood. Sutton to good at home.
Tring 5v0 Guildford. The losing run to continue for Guildford. I would expect more from a group of forward coached by perm players. very weak. tring to win this at a canter
Wimbledon 1v4Sidcup. Cup's forwards to show what there made of and take Don's pack apart. resting players or not it will be a good game of rugby.

Bedford Ath 0-5 Westcliff
Chingford 4-1 T Wells Ching injury list in double figures however they have some back this week so I’m backing a narrow home win
CS Stags 5-0 Shelford Following the crowd
Dorking 4-1 Hertford Dorking finding form, Hertford a mixed bag
Sutton & Epsom 5-1 Brentwood Couple of returnees for S&E to make an impact for a big home win
Tring 5-0 Guildford Guildford luck has run its course, they are too soft upfront and tring will bully them
Wimbledon 5-0 Sidcup As above I see Cup sliding down the ladder

Bedford Athletic -v- Westcliff 0-5 cant see it any other way
Chingford -v- Tunbridge Wells 1-4 close call
CS Stags 1863 -v- Shelford 5-0 cant believe I backed shelf last week. sorry not again!
Dorking -v- Hertford 4-1 makings of a classic ?
Sutton & Epsom -v- Brentwood 5-0 Sutts too classy
Tring -v- Guildford 4-0 both prone to inconsistency so going for home

Fatty, I never predict the Westcliff result for fear of falling foul of the authorities since I actually dusted off the boots on Saturday. They are going back in the boot bag for a bit though while I recover from the aches and pains!

Chingford 1 - 4 TWs - Chingford seem to be competitive most weeks and at home at the reservoir it could be a slugfest. I can’t pick them to win just yet. How good/bad/average are TWs?

CS 5 - 0 Shelford - Shelford may pick up a few wins at some point but I’m not brave enough to predict when.

Dorking 1 - 4 Hertford - two teams that know the league well. Home field advantage to Dorking but Hertford one of my top 4 picks. Could go either way.

S&E 5 - 0 Brentwood - S&E just seem to pull out wins.

Tring 4 - 1 Guildford - Tring at home are tough and I haven’t bought in to Guildford yet. I can’t see what they have but they could win 2 if the next 3 and be sitting at 8 wins at the half way point!

Wimbledon 5 - 0 Sidcup - Sidcup are another I haven’t bought in on and I won’t pick against Wimbledon until the tracks get faster. Sidcup possibly looking at 6 losses at the half way point so ambitions curtailed. The opposite for the Dons

My S&E are doing my head in. Everyone I predict a home win they lose and vice versa away wins when I sadly predict travelling defeat.  Here goes....

Bedford Athletic -v- Westcliff 0-4 Strong away win but no BP
Chingford -v- Tunbridge Wells 1-4 Scrappy away win
CS Stags 1863 -v- Shelford 5-0 CS can score points so maybe it will click
Dorking -v- Hertford 4-1 Game of the day and tough to call. Home advantage counts
Sutton & Epsom -v- Brentwood 4-0 Strong win but no BP against rugged defence
Tring -v- Guildford 5-0 Tring to continue unbeaten run at home with strong performance
Wimbledon -v- Sidcup 4-1 Closer win than people might expect

Thanks again to Fatty for organising this. Makes Saturday tea more interesting
What was wrong with calling it London 1?

Bedford Athletic -v- Westcliff 0-5 BA have improved but just can’t see them getting anything from this game.
Chingford -v- Tunbridge Wells 1-4 TWs forwards should have too much for Chingford forwards, but Chingford have some good runners so I am predicting it will be close and they have home advantage.
CS Stags 1863 -v- Shelford 5-0 CS to enjoy their afternoon.
Dorking -v- Hertford 4-1 Dorking will be on a high from last weekend albeit I think it will be a close game.
Sutton & Epsom -v- Brentwood 4-1 home advantage will prevail but don’t think S&E backs will be that busy because of the weather forecast.
Tring -v- Guildford 4-1 Tring are a tough side to beat and Guildford I just don’t think have an all round game to beat them.
Wimbledon -v- Sidcup 1-4 Battle of the forwards and will be a very tense game.

It varies from match to match and minute to minute! We had some injury issues at the start of the season which were unhelpful. Selection is more settled now, but that consistency is still missing at times. We haven't seen the best from them yet. All in all its a mixed bag.

Chingford were the side we beat in the play off match to gain promotion into this league(after extra time, matching score for score, and only by two points). After 15 years of photographing TWRFC that remains in my top 3 most entertaining matches to watch. I don't know if that match will have any effect on Chingford's performance this week but I'm looking forward to it.

Bedford Athletic -v- Westcliff       0-5     Already time for Westcliff to start thinking about how to get to Redruth?
Chingford -v- Tunbridge Wells     1-4      Chingford the coldest place I ever played at....when the wind whips off the reservoir, brrrrr.
CS Stags 1863 -v- Shelford           5-1     CS should win, but could be the most entertaining game of the day.
Dorking -v- Hertford                      1-4     Hertford usually struggle at Dorking but need this to keep the recovery going.
Sutton & Epsom -v- Brentwood     5-1     Don't know, but have to favour S&E.
Tring -v- Guildford                         4-1     Could be feisty, but Tring on their black piste should be too strong.
Wimbledon -v- Sidcup                   5-1     Why do I get the feeling every one expects this to be lots of big blokes bashing into each other with ball stuffed up their jumper. Backs to catch pneumonia.

Bedford Athletic 1-5 WESTCLIFF- Are Cliff going to last the course and follow the paths of Dorking, Wimbledon, Shelford et al.
CHINGFORD 4-1 Tunbridge Wells- Chingfords hopes of survival depend on a 'W' here but really too close to call.
CS STAGS 1863 5-1 Shelford- A glimmer of hope for visitors but stags strong at home
DORKING 4-1 Hertford- MOTD. Two experienced teams at this level both on a roll and finding form
SUTTON & EPSOM 5-1 Brentwood- Wood missing some key players? and a tough trip to in form Sutts
TRING 4-1 Guildford- Tring will want to get back on track. Stubborn at home and G's on the bounce.
Wimbledon 1-4 SIDCUP- Can see Cup grinding a narrow victory. Need to bring their A game for 80 mins and not take their foot off the pedal. Speculative call on my part and just a hunch.

D's v Hertford looks to be a cracker with close calls at Chingford, Tring and Wimbledon. Injuries continue to deplete teams from being at full strength, so squad depth is key once again. Good luck to all.

Bedford Athletic 0-5 Westcliff - Bedford in form and improving but the points for and against point to Westcliff deservedly being in the top 2. For same reason Bedford appear like a bottom 3 team.

Chingford 4-1 Tunbridge Wells - what TW shows up?

Civil Service 5-0 Shelford - at least Shelford can use their backs in this game

Dorking 4-1 Hertford - MOTD, who knows?

Sutton & Epsom 5 - 0 Brentwood - Brentwood flattered earlyvon but I think they could fade as the season goes on. It’s a long season after a step up.

Tring 5 - 0 Guildford - Guildford to get bullied. Tring are hard to beat and you need some match winners that Guildford don’t have.

Wimbledon 4 - 1 Sidcup - perhaps the points difference shows Sidcup should be a top 4 team, but Wimbledon are a table topping team.

Bedford Athletic 0-5 Westcliff
Bedford have the second worst points diff and think Westcliff will make this larger
Chingford 5-2 Tunbridge Wells
Feel Chingford may sneak this in a high scorer
Civil Service 5-0 Shelford
More pain for Shelford
Dorking 4-1 Hertford
Dorking in a tight one
Sutton & Epsom 5-0 Brentwood
Sutton to strong at home
Tring 4-1 Guildford
Two evenly matched sides so home advantage
Wimbledon 5-0 Sidcup
Cannot see Sidcup getting any change out of Wimbledon
