Bournville v Broadstreet = Away win

Newport v Luctonians = Home win - huge contest, looking forward to a lively game!

Nuneaton v Lichfield = Home win - provided Nuns do not let Lichfield acquire the ball on too many occassions

Sandbach v Doncaster = Home win, they will be incentivised by free jugs of beer

Scun-thorpe v Derby = Home win, Sunny looking strong

Sheffield v Burton = Home win

Syston v Bridgnorth = Away win assuming no selection issues

Bournville v Broadstreet - HW - Home team making a good habit of winning tight matches

Newport v Luctonians - HW - Vaka should be the difference, class act

Nuneaton v Lichfield  - HW - Potential for Myrtle Greens to bounce back but I will go with Nuns

Sandbach v Doncaster - HW - Bach a well drilled team and should be too strong at home

Scun-thorpe v Derby - HW - Scunny rode their luck a bit in the first half at Burton but in the second half were dominant and another 5 pointer I reckon

Sheffield v Burton - AW - Got to go with the boys again this week, last visit to Sheffield (Tigers) was a memorable win so lets hope for the same this week

Syston v Bridgnorth - HW - Bridgnorth on the road so fancy the home side to nick this one

All I can say after two games in, its one hell of a league!

Bournville v Broadstreet = Away win but first game on new ground may inspire the Boulevaders

Newport v Luctonians = Away win - Cracker but think if Lucs have kept last years squad which I hear they have they will be too streetwise for Port. Bashing it up only gets you so far.

Nuneaton v Lichfield = Home win - Unless Field can bolster their pack Nuns to get season started

Sandbach v Doncaster = Home win Bach keen to make amends for slip up and get their win bonus

Scun-thorpe v Derby = Home win, Never easy in Sunny Scunny

Sheffield v Burton = Home win

Syston v Bridgnorth = Away win just. Leicestershire never easy despite their poor start

Broadstreet - to spoil the party

Luctonians - time to prove themselves

Lichfield - to keep building

Sandbach - home advantage

Scun-thorpe - too strong

Sheffield - tough away day

Bridgnorth - low scoring

It's better to remain silent and let people think you are an idiot, than talk and remove all doubt.

Bournville v Broadstreet AWAY Bourns could have done with an easier one than this to open their new facilities. Nevertheless many congratulations - hope the day goes well, its been a long time coming and what you have needed for many years. Looking forward to our visit
Newport v Luctonians HOME Newport to bash it up all afternoon and prevail. No need for backs to turn up!
Nuneaton v Lichfield HOME Can't see any other outcome
Sandbach v Doncaster HOME Free jugs to make the difference!
Scun-thorpe v Derby HOME Scunny on a roll - no upset here
Sheffield v Burton HOME Burton will soon get their first win but not this week!
Syston v Bridgnorth AWAY Long hard season ahead at Queeniborough
(Have I spelt that right?)

This weeks guesses.

Bournville v Broadstreet AW Is the new carpet going to assist the Chocolatiers I fear not enough.

Newport v Luctonians AW Toughest game of the week to predict, both teams unbeaten both favourites for the league. Wish I had the gonads to go for a draw but will be tight and just perhaps young Drew to make the difference.

Nuneaton v Lichfield HW Nuns too strong at home but will depend on team availability eh Section 19 Wink

Sandbach v Doncaster Phoenix HW Depends which Sandbach turns up but usually strong at home while the Phoenix not so good on the road.

Sunny Scunny v Derby HW The Greens to keep up the pressure on the top 2.

Sheffield v Burton HW Last seasons level 4 v level 6 I think Sheffield to prevail.

Syston v Bridgnorth AW 'North too strong for Syston but don't distract from power of the home support.
Cobbler, see you Saturday then, I'm the good looking one of the Alicadoes at Scunny LOL

Cobbler
FP described himself as such when he came to Newport but I couldn't find him! Furthermore his mates declared there was no such thing as a "Friendly Prop from SKiwifruithorpe"
That said I'm sure you'll meet up and share a beer or two - have a good day
