Lichfield v Nuneaton HW - it really depends on which of either of these teams turn up as on their day.... going for home advantage

Bridgnorth v Syston HW - probably the easiest prediction of the week

Broadstreet v Bournville HW - The chocolate boys have not been roasted by any one yet languish in the relegation zone. Cant see them going down but the turn around will not start this week

Burton v Sheffield AW - This will be a tough game but Sheffield to be comfortable winners in the end

Derby v Scun-thorpe AW - Can't really see any other result

Doncaster v Sandbach HW - A must win for Donny if they have any hope of avoiding the consequences of their 10 point deduction.

Luctonians v Newport HW - Lucs are really difficult to beat on their own patch  but the game will be as tight as the reverse in September.

Yes, I will be. Chairman hit 60 this week and has invited a number of people with other halves, so not on the M&G team, but will look out for you. Pink carnation in the lapel?!

No your right FP, but did you think they would be so close?

Week 15

Lichfield 10-33 Nuneaton

Bridgnorth 28-24 Syston

Broadstreet 58-31 Bournville

Burton 30-36 Sheffield

Derby 15-23 Scun-thorpe

Doncaster 43-32 Sandbach

Luctonians 22-32 Newport

In Friday nightโ€™s game, Lichfield submitted to the visitors in a rather meek way, Nuns leaving with a bonus point win. Bridgnorth were almost put to the sword by Syston in a result that makes you wonder why the bottom club are actually there. Having said that Bournville havenโ€™t been pumped by any team this season, they promptly visit Broadstreet and get pumped. Sheffield were yet another of the top five teams to be pushed by an ever improving Burton side who secured 2 bonus points in a game that ebbed and flowed. SKiwifruithorpe withstood a late come back from feisty Derby side who, whilst unable to secure a losing bonus point were able to deny the league leaders their own bonus point win. Doncaster had the bonus point in the bag by half time in a must win game for them over Sandbach. They remain 11 points from safety, though. Newport did their title hope no harm with a bonus point win away to Luctonians with an impressive 2nd half that over turned Lucs half time lead.

In the prediction league, top predictors this week are Ardross & Singer, who were only out foxed by the Friday game at Lichfield. Cobbler tumbles from the top spot with a bonus-point less guess and is leap frogged by FP, BL & me. Onward to week 16.

"Cobbler tumbles from the top spot with a bonus-point less guess" - that'll teach me to back my own team against the league leaders!

I fancied Burton but didnโ€™t expect us to be that close
