I reckon Rugby70 is on a season long fishing trip.

You haven’t explained what you felt was lucky about this win ? I personally felt Westcliff put in a tremendously hard working 80 minute performance. One to be very proud of. |

Lucky like I said. You were took apart in the second half and managed to hang on because Sidcup messed up with changing their hooker. I wish you well for the rest of the season but you are not going up unless someone else doesn’t want to.

Well the predictions for top and bottom are almost set in stone, still early days however I do not see Wimbledon being beaten this season, would that be a record? News is that they have dual players from a certain OE, maybe that is just the two players that left I could be wrong. Westcliff definitely for second spot, they play a great brand in the dry and up the jumper in the winter they’re very dogged.
At the bottom I can put my mortgage on Shelford going down, a source has mentioned a few players leaving for Old Priorians in London 1. The farmers are throwing money away? Despite the long travel for teams, playing 3G suits a lot of teams in this league for that reason Bedford will almost certain to follow towcestrians and Bracknell. Having watched Dorking v S&E and knowing players missing from both, S&E are actually missing 7 first team players from the team that beat Dorking convincingly. Touch wood the injuries stay away and I see S&E finishing in They’re highest ever position in Nat 3 |

Rugby70, barring a suicidal chip that was charged down/intercepted and run under the sticks what did Sidcup do? You are good at fishing and I am good at biting.
As for going up I think somebody called it right before, who wants to go up? I think the real question is how many wins will be required to stay up this season? I think it could be more than the magical 10 wins/50 points given how close the league might be. So the aim is get to at least 50 points as early as possible, nothing more. As for Sidcup, I have been more impressed with Dorking and TW so far this season. I wish you, like Westcliff, well in avoiding the scrap at the bottom that you got drawn into last year after starting the season much better. |
