rumor on the grape vine, is denis ormosher(not sure how to spell it sorry) is on his way out if he doesnt get the resaults within in the next month. the luton sided known as imports ltd arent bringin the wins in leavin them with the hard task of promotion, i heardthis while at the peterborough game on sat, which they once again should have one. i think keith button has his work cut out with the club.

the pleyers they have dont link as a team and are playing as individual with old heads like matt allen surely they should use his experiance to brng the team togeather.

what this space ove the next month

Or playing Devils advocate, 33.33% of your squad are from outside the EU.

Having seen the A's score, with a loss to bottom of table side Newport, you would imagine his wisdom and thoughts would be better directed to his own side.

Perhaps !!......!!

Loco, perhaps you had better look at the league tables for the results that Luton have had of late, Saturday before last they scored more tries in one match than England have since they won the world cup. Be interesting to know who you spoke to on Saturday as there were only 2 Luton supporters there outside of the committee.

mmm...McGee you really have to qualify that statement, on the Saturday in question you faced a Squad that had 17 players unavailable with injuries, and only managed to bring two replacements that day, no replacement back being available, with the Fullback straight out of the 3rd XV...

I don't think the evidence stands up to any real scrutiny myself, but well done getting past the Fullback so many times, credit given where credit is due and all that.

Statement qualified - Luton had 12 players out injured for the Newport game.

Why is everyone on here so obsessed with the amount of injuries their teams have got - It's a contact sport not a tickling contest !  At no point in any season does a team get to put their strongest team out on the pitch due to injuries and player availability.  You play what's in front of you !

You can only play against the team that is put in front of you. Ask Australia.

indeed, i am not from ampthill so any refrence to them isnt in the question, what bout imports that didnt play, also didnt you lose to luctonians, hinkley, hereford and a 8-8 draw with peterboro i can see where ur coming from about the newport game for ampthill.

I doubt it, the spelling is too good. unlike yours where you deliberately misspell names so that people don't think you really know them personally.

Hmm.  Not so sure about this rumour.  Less than half way through the season, in 3rd place, does not look too shabby.

I have been looking at Luton's results...
. handed out a few thrashings so far (including to 4th place Bromsgrove)
. top try scorers in Nat 3 Mids
. have drawn one game: away to Peterborough last week - not so bad IMO as Peterborough can be a difficult place to go to and get a result (this season Peterborough have W3,D1,L1; last season W9,L2).  Fortress Fengate I think they call it.  Still, a missed opportunity by Luton?
. Luton have lost three games
by 2 points away to Hereford
by 10 points at home to Hinckley - the one I would worry about
by 1 point at home to Luctonians

Some interesting games coming up over the next couple of weeks but Luton v Ampthill looks like it could be vital

The rumour may well be true, it all rests on Martin Johnsons performance tomorrow. No doubt Denis is the man for the job.
