I saw this and thought it was interesting.  Irish were by far the worst in both leagues.

There's likely to be all sorts of harrumphing from Irish, Jersey & Pirates (& probably Scottish too) at being labelled 'English', but if you want to be a member of an English league, you need to abide by the rules of the organising body, which dictate that central funding is only available to those attaining the EQP target average of 16/22.
