Please post ALL 2010/11 signings and departures in this thread - regardless of which division they relate.

Please do not start separate threads for each league and please do not go off topic - start a separate thread, if you wish to discuss anything outside of signings and departures.

(O/T Richard I tried to send you a PM, but the messenger says you have received too many PMs. I presume it means if you delete all, or at least some, of your present messages it will free the necessary space.)

so far at Donny, I have heard; Tau and Kendo hanging up boots, Hudson to France, Bevon to Sarries, Davies and Griffifths to Cardiff Blues and Corsair to Glasgow.

Bbh, nothing is released by Donny untill it is signed sealed and the player is happy with the timing of the press release. If the above is true expect an announcement about July time.

Sorry K&D, I fear I may have been a little too subtle, or it's too early in the day. It was a joke not an enquiry. I'll put my coat back on. Wink

Have just been told by one of our old players that Ben Buxton may be off to France at the end of the season. I think that would be a shame as he has done a great job for us when called on and had a very good game in sundays defeat.

I have been told Moseley could be losing as many as six of there first team with big moves for there huge second row Mulldowny who is heading over the border  and he will be followed over ther border by second row partner Andy Hall.
Also Highly rated number 8 Rodwell to Donny
Nathan Williams to welsh celtic league.
Brynn Keys and JMC back to Canada.

ITK

How come if you are so ITK you did not know that its Bryn Keys not Brynn Keys, and Muldowney not Mulldowny?

Another '1st poster' ................. earlier in the week there was a 'known' stirer/troublemaker exlcuded from posting on the Moseley site, wonder if it's linked in a fairly purile attempt to de-stabilise.

As to the authenticity, I've no idea.

Muldowney's performances would certainly attract attention but would seem strange that Rodders would go to Donny since they've publicly said they're cutting back.

Nathan is Welsh and most of his family live there, so going back there for his summer hols is more than a racing certainty. Since Bryn and JMC are indeed Canadian - same as Nathan for the summer! Andy Hall, one of Moseley's favourite sons a few years ago, has been disappointing, so can't imagine that his performances have earned him a lucrative posting in the Celtic league.

Spelling isn't everything. Sadly ITK (assuming it's the same one) has made some pretty accurate early calls on these matters on the Moseley forum in the past. Would be surprised to see Rodders to Donny, especially as they're reported to be scaling back next season.

Sorry for duplication on Rodders point - must have been posting at the same time Bill

Steve, I was thinking further back than that (which the voy forums archive doesn't stretch to) but realise I may have mistaken "ITK" for "In The Know".
Anyway apologies to all for hijacking the signings thread with a domestic discussion

Ummm - more rumours posted by 'newbies' (don't want to put off new posters, who are always welcome of course!) but smacks to me of 'that time of year' when agents masquerade as supporters to stir things up (and presumably get the price for their 'products' up).

Of course this is the time of year when players do make plans for next season - but agents aren't being helpful when there's still all to play for. Presumably the 'management' of many clubs will work out who these agents are and give them short shrift - hence it will probably be self defeating for them!

Guys at this time of year read " New Posters " on player movementas either as

Agents wanting commission or Players wanting a move or new deal

JD - As far as I'm concerned there's no such thing as a 'Summer Signing', it's only those that actually turn up for the first game that count.Wink

And that includes those that vanish during training and pre-season. It would be interesting if one of our tame Statto's out there kept a record of which of the postings on this thread between now and the first day of next season result in a player actually moving.

It's not confirmed but as our centre Paul Devlin's wife is taking up a position as pschycotherapist with Leeds Paul may be moving to Doncaster. Can any Donny fan comment on this?

There are rumoured to be plenty of departures imminent from brickfields. i guess clubs like pirates have jumped at the chance to sign our best players on the cheap in the knowledge we cant afford to pay them very much next season. kyle has gone already as announced, they are going to take at least one more of our starting 15 if im correct and it looks dark for us next season.

Kenilworth RFC's head coach Mat Davies, a former captain and hooker at Rugby Lions, has stepped down from his role as Head Coach role after gaining a promotion at work which will mean he can no longer make the commitment that is necessary.

As a result the position of Head Coach, along with Job Spec, is being advertised on the following Kenilworth RFC website: http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/kenilworth/
