Dings seem to be the talk of Bristol lately with their social media presence, they teased with a Clifton inspired away shirt and then did the same with an Old Redcliffians one.

They then hit the 'whos this .... a new signing ?' from behind in a Dings 10 shirt, the tongues wagged and a few people speculated, then they showed Barnes in the shirt from the front.

Is this another wind up ? Please can we have a another update on this ....... Will Clifton unveil the expensive new Army signing now ? Oh the drama of preseason ..... Clifton, Dings, one of you please enlighten us.

I'd be interested in views on Corey Venus form Nat 2 South people last season! Peter Winterbottom is definitely following the young player approach!

as this forum knows, I am a die hard tigers fan and i have watched corey play many a time at modor

he has fantastic vision for space, not least helped because of the fact that his eyes are in the side of his head

fastest avatar in the league and a potent try scorer. 9 tries in 55 games is a great strike rate

9 tries in 55 games is a great strike rate .... ??

Christ what do you call Henry Bird (24 tries) & Ben Henderson (21) in the season with plenty of others that make this look very ordinary, especially for a back three player !

According to the Dings Press Officer it was Barnes in the photograph wearing number 10, but he was supervising a Rugby Youth Development Programme and remains with his club.

No one seems to have heard of an Army player, more fake news I expect

Yep Dings seem very good at winding the rest of the Bristol Clubs up, love it, they really know how to press the right buttons. I remember the video they did for Taunton regarding a player....

Give it a week, I assure you he will be at Clifton, not sure why it would be fake news when he has committed to them .... :-)

I see that Dings have secured the services of Anton Welling from Cleeve.

Any other signings form Dings ?

Old Reds and Clifton are hugely tight lipped on new players, funny to see that Mark Regan was watching the recent Dings game v Ponty, is this another Clifton sniffing the Blue and Black ?

No surprise on Anton Welling heading to Dings, his father must have played hundreds of games in the blue and black
Here we go
