Just had a look back through the forum, to find last season's fixtures were out on 24th May.

So hopefully, we may see them by the end of the week?

Wasn't that a preliminary copy that one of the clubs leaked?

Sometimes the initial draft turns out to be accurate; on another occasions it's changed. But in any event it's disappointing when unconfirmed info is prematurely shared 'outside the tent' - clubs should be allowed time to make representations and get their initial planning underway before news goes on general release...

Apparently, SW Premier fixtures are out to clubs tomorrow', available on general release on Wednesday.

The National League fixtures must be imminent.

As promised SW Premier fixtures have been released - begs the question why are we still waiting for NL fixtures?

All NL clubs are asked to make any specific requests regarding fixture dates for the following season in April. The promoted/relegated clubs are then asked the same when they are known. With a level transfer in the mix this year, that extends the time further. Once all those requests are collated the process starts but with 3 leagues of 16 there are 1440 fixtures against 364 in SW Premier. Maybe we should ask why SW take so long, I'll let you shoulder that one! WinkWinkWinkWinkWink

Tyke - The SW League Fixtures which have been published cover 33 Leagues not just SW Premier. I leave you to calculate the total number of fixtures and revise your query about what takes the SW so long.

Great credit to them in my view! I am sure the NCA clubs would appreciate early notice of the fixtures - especially N2S with flights to Guernsey to arrange,

London & South East fixtures to be released lunchtime Monday

Only need N2S now - why so late? As I understand it once draft fixtures are released there are rarely any changes.

Time NCA pulled their fingers out!

Flights and Hotels to book!

Agreed there are a large number of lower leagues but many of those finished 2, 3 and even 4 weeks before the NCA leagues so the Divisional Committees do get a head start. I was poking fun tongue in cheek at 999 not having a go at the volunteers.

NCA are rubbish, still got last years results up on their website - you would be forgiven for thinking it was still April

Not necessarily true Tyke. Due to the horrendous weather that struck the SW between January and March, some leagues were still playing last week of April.

Apparently Midlands fixtures are available - just waiting for NL1, N2S & N now - these were out on general release at this stage last year.

Clubs still haven't had the draft for comment and the NCA AGM is on Sunday.

Whoever draws Guernsey in the first week of the season must be hoping it's a home fixture rather than away, 1st September will still be peak holiday prices for hotels I'd imagine.

Any time in September is going to be a problem. Cheap flights - forget it and as you say Hotels likely to be full or uber-expensive.

Evening All , just had this email from the NCA , i think it explains why the delay

Afternoon

The fixtures are currently with the RFU who put them through a computer program which generates the lists. They are working on the lists at the moment but have had major issues with N2S as the Guernsey fixtures have to tie in with available flights. Previously all clubs used Gatwick but this is obviously not suitable forl the clubs in the league particularly those in Bristol and the South West. They have now got flight availability from England Rugby Travel and are working through the various iterations.

I checked today and they have committed to letting me have the lists this Friday latest.

The Only thing that held me back was a lack of Talent
